IC1396 and The Elephant Trunk. IC1396 is an Open Cluster of stars associated to a wide and diffuse HII emission nebular region, visible in Cefeo costellation. The Elephant Trunk nebula is a dark nebula visible in the picture how protuberance that rise from below toward center of the region. The picture is the results of two master light obtained respectively from multiple narrow band session with Optolong L-Extreme filter, and from single RGB sessione with Svbony UV-IR cut filter.
