The Galactic Fantastic Four
By Aldo Zanetti
In the center is NGC 3189, which can stretch to become NGC 3190, below the elongated and flaming NGC 3187, on the right NGC 3193 with its force field and on the left the rocky NGC3185. In the background numerous other minor galaxies appear as supporting actors in this magnificent glimpse of the sky. The shots were taken from Modena between the second half of February and the first of March, through a Celestron 9.25 Edge HD on an AM5 mount, with ASI1600MM camera and ZWO LRGBHa filters. The guide is ASIair with ASI220mini, the processing Pixinsight and GIMP. The total shooting time is about 35 hours
